Millenson on doc rating

And in our continuing efforts to send you everywhere else on the web but here (but still seeing the same authors), up at H&HN's Most Wired Magazine, Michael Millenson is writing about the still emerging and not-there-yet field of physician and hospital social rating sites.

Millenson understandably focuses on 'consumer's' interest in qualitative info on care providers - ratings, that is.
At the same time, it's possible that consumers' interest in providers' 'features' has as much, if not more, to do with very basic ease/convenience desires: "where are they?"; "do they have evening hours?"; "do they speak my language?"
